GCGG Terms of Service
Purpose
These Terms of Service set forth the rights, obligations, responsibilities, conditions of use, and procedures between krononlabs, hereinafter referred to as the “Company,” and users in relation to the use of the GCGG service, available at Game-coach.gg, and all related features operated by the Company, hereinafter referred to as the “Service.”
Definitions
The meanings of the terms used in these Terms are as follows.
- “Service” means the game play analysis and coaching-related platform, website, application, related software, and all accompanying features provided by the Company.
- “Member” means a person who logs in through a method permitted by the Company, such as Google or Discord, agrees to these Terms, and uses the Service.
- “Account” means the service-use unit created or linked by a Member in order to use the Service.
- “Summoner Information” means game account identification information, summoner name, and other related information designated by the Company as necessary for providing the Service.
- “Recorded Video” means videos and resulting files of a Member’s game play screen that are recorded or uploaded through the Service.
- “AI Coaching Report” means analysis and coaching results generated and provided by the Company through AI when a Member requests coaching based on a specific Recorded Video or match data.
- “Free Coaching Usage Count” means the daily number of times a Member may generate AI Coaching Reports free of charge during the beta period.
- “Beta Service” means a trial operation version of the Service provided by the Company prior to official launch in order to verify service stability, functionality, quality, and user response.
- “Paid Service” means subscriptions, coaching passes, additional analysis features, or other paid features that the Company may provide for a fee in the future.
- “Advertising Service” means functions that display advertisements within the Service or measure advertising performance for the operation, maintenance, and monetization of the Service.
Posting, Effectiveness, and Amendment of Terms
- The Company shall post these Terms on the Service screen or a linked screen so that Members may easily access them.
- A Member shall be deemed to have agreed to these Terms when the Member proceeds with membership registration, login, or use of the Service.
- The Company may amend these Terms within the scope that does not violate applicable laws and regulations.
- If the Company amends these Terms, it shall notify Members of the amended contents, effective date, and reason for amendment through notices within the Service or by a method designated by the Company before the effective date.
